Shipping + Returns

Order Confirmation

Please check your order confirmation thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes, please email us immediately. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postal charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be emailed. Your order is considered current unless a cancellation email has been received. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP £. Clea Silk reserves the right to change prices without notice. Payment will be accepted by MasterCard, Visa or Paypal.

Shipping

Clea Silk ships to the UK and overseas.

Clea Silk use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to deliver all products mailed within the UK and overseas.

While I hope you don’t get charged import customs and duties, some countries do so and this is actually something I have no control over as it is the laws and regulations of your country in which you are receiving the goods. You should check with your local customs office for more info. While my prices include VAT, customs clearance must be covered by you and I cannot predict what they may be.

Products are dispatched within 5-7 days of ordering.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Clea Silk accept returns on products that are returned within 10 days of receipt. Clea Silk will exchange or refund the full product price of your order. This policy does not include earrings, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Nor does this policy apply to any product that has been customised or personalised to order, or to items that have been reduced in a Sale. Clea Silk is also unable to accept any items that have been worn.

Please ensure that the product(s) are returned as new (i.e: unused, undamaged and in their original packaging). Customers are responsible for returning items to Clea Silk and we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

To return a product, please email us with the following details: Your name, Order Number (Presumably Squarespace will generate an order number?) and reason for return. We will then provide a Customer Return Number for you to include with your return, and details of where to return the product.

Please note: The postage cost of orders is not refundable unless a product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products returned are used, damaged, or without original packaging. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.

For customers who request a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used, within 7 days of receipt of the returned product(s).

Undelivered Items

If the item has been sent to the incorrect address or has been returned to sender, the customer will need to pay a re-dispatch fee.

Products Deemed Faulty

Clea Silk prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability prior to sending them out. If however, you believe you have a product that is faulty, please email us as soon as possible with your name and Order Number and information about the product you believe to be faulty. If Clea Silk is in agreement that the product is faulty, we will then provide a Customer Return Number for you to include with your return and details of where to return the product. Original shipping costs will be refunded on products deemed faulty, but only if reported faulty within one month of purchase.

Packages Damaged in Transit

Clea Silk takes great care when packaging your order. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged, please contact us. Please note that we consider any damage or loss of goods on a case-by-case basis.
